Design And Implementation Of Multi-level Management Information System Based On SOA

With the promotion of information technology,the efficiency of the internalmanagement of the companies is growing day by day,It is a strong impetus to thedevelopment of external business.In order to meet the needs of the market muchbetter,more and more business units are established.Under such a background,there aresome new problems:the businesses are dispersed because of the large amount oforganizations;the information systems of different departments are not balanced,andthe coordinating sharing ability is weak; having the basic ability of business,butlacking of information analysis etc.Therefore,enterprises urgently need thetransformation of the management mode,and build the MIS system under the newenvironment to make the management more clearly and efficiently.This paper constructs some department’s internal management information systemwhich having the multi-level features as the application background. It analysis someproblems in the construction of the internal information systems among thedepartements having the hierarchical features in business,constructs a multi-level infomanagement method in view of the information flow structure,and uses the webservice to achieve the function nodes.finally,we finish the milit-level managementinformation system with the software engineering technology.This thesis mainly designs and implements as follows:①Obtain the structure of information flow,and realize hierarchical process byusing multi-level management method.②Design the function nodes with web service based on SOA.③Realize the level-subsystem based on software engineering and multi-levelstructure diagram of system，and complete the systems integration.Interfaces and relationships among the individual subsystems in the multi-levelmanagement information system based SOA are clear.To some extent,this kind ofsystem improves the internal information management,and enables a clear andtransparent management,enhances the effectiveness,and helps managers catch thedynamic information and make decisions.
