With the rapid development of science and technology, people’s information demandsare also increasing.The signals are easy to be mixed with interference and noise in theprocess of signal transmission, and even be overlapped by noise signals.More and morepeople attach a lot importance to how to accurately detect and compress the weak signal.Therefore, the key to solve the problem is to search a new detection method.The paperdesigned a new method of weak signal detection based on the stability of the signal andthe randomness of the noise, by which not only the signals are able to be compressed, butalso the interference and noise of the weak signals are able to be eliminated. The researchin this paper has been carried out the research from the following aspects:Firstly, this paper outlines the theory frame of the compressed sensing, thesignificance of the research and the main contents of the paper. The paper mainlydiscussed the basic principle of compressed sensing, the algorithm of reconstruction andcompressive sensing containing noise.Secondly, each problem involved in the compressive sensing are expounded in detail,such as sparse representation of signal, the design of the measurement matrix, RIPconditions and signal reconstruction algorithm, etc. The process of reconstructing signalby orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm has been specified. Meanwhile, thecharacteristic of pseudorandom sequence has been expounded, and the correlation anddifference of the noise and weak signal has been analyzed, which can reduce the noiseinterference to the signal.Thirdly, the m sequence of pseudo random sequence has been highlighted, and the msequence could be generated by linear feedback shift register. The program of feedbackshift register written in the matlab software can generate arbitrary magnitude m sequence.The software could simulate for m sequence. In order to compare the feasibility, theHadamard matrix simulation experiment was also performed.Finally, after building the system simulation, the author designed a weak signaldetection system by LabVIEW software. The specific design, the hardware circuit design,test and simulation, and analysis of experimental results has been carried out accordingly, which verifies the weak signal detection method based on compressive sensing is verysimple and practiable. The method is of great potential practical value, and is also beapplicable for general signal and weak signal detection.
