IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)is a core component of power electronic equipment.On-line healh monitoring is particularly important.Its safe operation is related to the reliability of the entire equipment.Because of the large amount of data and high sampling rate of IGBT real-time health monitoring,data transmission has become the main topic.Therefore,the method of effectively reconstructing the original signal has become one of the current research hotspots.In this paper,based on the theory of compressed sensing,the acquisition of the IGBT gate waveform is studied.First,the theory of compressed sensing is explained and analyzed,and the evaluation criteria for signal reconstruction performance are given.Then,from theory and simulation,the sparse condition and reconstruction effect of IGBT signal under different sparse bases and different measurement matrices are discussed and analyzed.Then,aiming at the deficiencies of the piecewise weak orthogonal matching tracking algorithm,a backtracking strategy SWOMP algorithm based on different sigmoid functions is proposed.The simulation results show that the improved SWOMP1-SWOMP6 algorithm is more effective,and the SWOMP4 algorithm is more effective.The construction effect is optimal,and the simulation proves the feasibility of the improved algorithm.Finally,the compression sensing is applied to the process of IGBT electrical signal reconstruction for experimental verification.The data preparation and compression are completed by a single-chip microcomputer,and the procssed data is transmited to the computer through the serial port for signal reconstruction.When the sampling rate is 0.3,the mean square error of the SWOMP algorithm is 2.73521,and the mean square error of the SWOMP4 algorithm is 2.18416,which is a decrease of 0.55105,which verifies the correctness of the improved algorithm.This paper mainly monitors the health status of the IGBT gate waveform to achieve the purpose of predicting in advance and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the entire system.The algorithm designed in the paper has a high degree of reconstruction and provides a new solution for monitoring the online health status of the IGBT module.Thoughts have important theoretical research value and reference significance.
