Food safety issues have become the common challenges all over the world, andattracted many concerns of the public. Due to the special status of the dairy industryin the food industry, the monitoring and evaluation of the quality of dairy products hastaken annecessarily important place of work in national quality control department. Inthe whole dairy industry chain, which contains completelyproduction, processing,transportation and consumption,the raw milk production enterprises locates in themost upstream of the whole industry chain, which have a direct impact on the qualityand safety of dairy products.Therefore, it seems particularly importantand necessaryto increase the level of raw milk in the production process of monitoring andevaluation.In this paper,through the analysis of Chinese dairy quality and safety based onthe national standards and industry norms, we combined the actual production processof the ranch with the HACCP system to determine the Critical Control Points in theproduction process of raw milk, including dairy cattle feeding, milking, raw milkcooling storage, and transportation.The system is based on the.NET Framework software development platform.TheB/S and C/S hybrid software architecture was used, and wechose Prism as thesoftware framework. SQL Server2008served as the database management platform,with the Entity Framework (Entity Framework) technology to provide interfaces toupper applications. Web Service technology was used to complete the interaction andintegration of data between the different accesses and software architectures for theupper application data. We used C#and Matlab hybrid programing to achieve theevaluation of raw milk. We used AHP to calculate the weights ofthe index system.K-means clustering method was used to pre-process the data, and then preprocesseddata were simulated by BP neural network to obtain an overall evaluation of thequality of raw milk. The system can effectively implement the data control andmanagement of raw milk detection nodes, and the collected data served as the basisfor the following evaluation of the quality of dairy products, statistics, analysis andsummary. The system could highly enforce thestandard operating procedures, and improve the efficiency of management in the ranch. Meanwhile, based on suchtechnical supports,administration departments have more evidence and accesses tosupervise theraw milk production process.
