Design And Implementation Of E-Government System Based On J2EE

E-government Refers to using of information technologies such as the Internet,mobile devices for improving relations between government and citizens, businesses,government, is combination of public administration and Electronics&InformationTechnology, and it has become the one of most important areas of informationindustry. The most significant content of E-government is build a virtualizedadministrative unit, by break the traditional organizational boundaries usinginformation technology. Virtualization of government changed the way we work, it’sEnables the public to use information and services provided by the government moreconveniently. In essence, e-government changed government from traditionalindustrialization model to virtual community government which based on theknowledge economy and better adapt changing and developing of society.This paper analyzes the e-government system’s user, and then gives a briefe-government system requirement description, including system management module,user profile management, and administrative work, information publishing system,search and file transfer tool. In consideration of functionality and performancerequirements, as well as e-government business features, this article discussed thesystem architecture of the e-government system. In this paper, a J2EE-based B/Ssystem solutions has been discussed, as well as server side system softwarearchitecture, and this paper go more detail into server side, with description of webdevelop framework WebX, which bring more efficiency on web development.This paper detailed implementation of two primary system modules, informationsearch and access control. After a clearly defined system users and system functions,this paper using role-based access control model to implement access control, whitwhich you can easily achieve the control of system functions permission. Solr, thebest known open source search engine, used to serve information search in this paper,which flexible configuration of Solr, multi type of information problem has beensolved easily. At the end of this paper also discusses common attack in thee-government system, with solution.
