Application Research On Integrated Logistics Management System In Zhongchu Company

Storage and logistics information management is an important mean to enhance thecompetitive power of logistics enterprises, as well as the general development trend ofmodern logistics industry. Warehouse management system (WMS) is the rapiddevelopment of the logistics industry today is playing an increasingly important role.Although many logistics enterprises are carried out through the WMS informationmanagement of the business, but is now used by most WMS warehouse operationmanagement system still exist many problems, a great obstacle to warehousinglogistics industry informationization.In this paper, through the analysis of the real problems existing in current logisticsinformation management, combined with the Tianjin zhongchu company Xingangbranch implementation of WMS application process, elaborates the design ideas andfeatures in WMS. Firstly, the related theories of WMS are summarized, thedevelopment trend of WMS are reviewed; and elaborated on the basis of Tianjinzhongchu company Xingang branch for the purpose of establishing the WMS and theWMS operation process and the upgrading and optimization of process. Xingangbranch WMS management mode and the traditional mode of operation, thecomprehensive analysis and shows the design idea, working principle andimplementation process and functional characteristics of Tianjin zhongchu companyXingang branch of WMS, this paper gives analysis and comparison of results. Theinnovation of this paper mainly includes two aspects: one is a breakthrough in thetraditional WMS accounting management model on the real management and goodsright management system within the division, realize the function of data sharing andreal-time dynamic tracking, intelligent; two is the introduction of process controlmanagement ideas in the WMS system in the management, to shift the focus from theoriginal goods to the control and management of the process of production andcirculation of the warehouse. The work for the management innovation with theindustry to bring a certain reference significance.
