The Design And Realization Of The Office Information Resource Platform For The Tobacco Company Of Loudi

With the development of information technology, enterprise informationization isthe only way of establishing a modern enterprise. Enterprise informationization willalso speed up sharing of information resource, improve efficiency, reduce the costsand find new economic growth points. According to the situation of the reformdevelopment and information explosion in the tobacco industry, combined with theactual condition of Loudi tobacco, the office information resource platform isinnovatively designed in order to improve the security level of the informationresource storage and optimize the allocation of information resource.The platform is designed in order to mainly realize office information resourcesharing of Loudi tobacco, on this basis, we used ASP.NET and SQL Server to developthis platform based on B/S structure. Based on B/S structure, the customer canquery the database data in the system only by browser, what is more, authorized userscan change the data. By this way, the security of database is guaranteed, and theoperability of system is promoted. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreignresearch status, in this paper, the main demand of users is analyed amply, it includesthe analysis of function requirements and non-function requirements.The design andrealization of this system adheres to the basic principle and the meth of softwareengineering, in accordance with the steps such as overall design, detailed design, andsystem design, the system is gradually designed and realized in the end. The wholesystem includes some main subsystems such as system management, file resourcemanagement, news information management, and orientation communication. Theoverall design mainly includes the partition of the system function modules and theanalysis of system flow. The processing of the core business such as mail processingand resource sharing, the design of database and realization of system security arerepresented in the detailed design. The section of system design includes therealization of each function module and key technology, system test and resultanalysis.The system is designed by ASP.NET and IIS6.0, the script of client-side isJavaScript, the database system is designed by SQL Server2000. The function ofsystem can also be developed based on the future practical application. The system isprovided with simple operation, better transaction procession capability, goodflexibility, high security, stable working.
