This article complete the basic framework of In-vehicle information system,based on QNX real-time operating system platform which is widely used in theautomotive industry. The real works contain construction of operating systemand platform, developing method of HMI and graphics drivers, Hd videotransmission based on MOST bus.Firstly, analyzed the organizational structure of QNX image and thestarting process of QNX, Set up the cross-compiling environment under bothLinux and Windows. Completed transplanting work of uboot and QNX operatingsystem on I.MX6hardware platform.Secondly, analyzed the QNX microkernel architecture and QNX’s services,including message passing, priority and Scheduling policy. Illustrated theapplication developing framework of QNX with examples. Then on this basis,gave the software architecture of in-vehicle information system based on QNX,according to the framework of message passing.Thirdly, with the requirements of graphic display, graphic user interfaceand multimedia playing in IVI system, did a research on porting and developingmethod of Screen that is the QNX graphic framework, and illuminated how todevelop with an example. Then completed the transplantation and configurationof multimedia components and build a media player with APIs. Considering thetrend of the software development of IVI, realized the method of APP model.Illuminated how to build a GUI program and gave some examples of programbuilding and running.These GUI program are built in ether HTML5+JS+CSS3framework or QT framework.Lastly, Aiming at the problem of vehicle HD video transmission, describedthe application of MOST bus in IVI system, including design of the softwarearchitecture, implementation and application of MOST bus data frames, MOSTaccess mechanism around nodes. Gave development of MediaLB bus driver,Described the QNX operating system architecture and realization of the driverwith resource manager framework. discussed common problems in MediaLBmodule development. Gave a software architecture and results.
