Research And Implementation Of Smart Home Control System Based On Android Platform

As a large number of communication equipment and household appliances come into thepeople’s daily life.It bring a lot of inconvenience to users because of decentralized control forvarious household appliances.In recent years, smart home applicances,home networking,intelligent home has been used widely in people’s lives.Intelligent,convenient and centralizedcontrol is being become the long-term researching goal of the of household appliance remotecontrol system in smart home.On these grounds,based on the Android Operating System intelligent terminal for theapplication platform,the thesis designs a system which controls computer via Wi-Fi networkby Android device.This one has some advantages,such as high functional integration,relativesafety of the transmission mode,simple interface and easy to use.The wireless control system in this paper is in the same LAN,using a Android device viaWi-Fi to control a computer device,using C/S(client/server) architecture, the computer deviceis the server-side,and the Android device is the client.Mainly functions include wirelesskeyboard module,wireless mouse module, wireless control module,wireless data transceivermodule and wireless communication module.The server-side is to develop a monitoringprogram,when starting is in the listening state,it can monitoring a designated port of thecomputer, receiving data from the client,and complete the user’s requirement.The developmentof the client contains two key points,one is to provide a interface to send data for theapplication; Theother is to complete the wireless mouse and keyboard function in theequipment. During the development,we used socket programming and Java programming.Finally, we have done functional and testing to the system to determine the realization of thefunctions and normal use.
