In this paper, an infrared monitoring software system of electromechanical equipment isdeveloped, which is based on the technology of infrared detection, used ADO database,ActiveX/COM component technologies and etc, and used Visual C++as a developmentplatform, A40model as basis.In this paper, an infrared monitoring software system of electromechanical equipment isresearched and developed, due to the simple and limited practical function of infraredmonitoring software system on A40model and the need of electromechanical equipmentmonitoring. The modular software system is divided into temperature measurement module,image processing module, and fault alarm module. In temperature measurement module, atemperature measurement on points and area analysis is completed by the relationshipbetween infrared temperature and gray, and image storage function is completed by studiedthe structure of bitmap. In image processing module, we studied some classics imageprocessing algorithm and integrated them into the system to meet different requirements fordifferent images. In fault alarm module, fault warning function is completed by researchedrelative temperature difference method.Experiment results showed that the system scheme is easy operation, reliable, stability,and friendly. The research achievement obtained by the paper is great significance tocondition monitoring of electromechanical equipment. |
