Structure light measurement technology, one of the important branches of Machinevision, is now playing a significant role in high-grade, high-precision and advancedmeasuring region. This paper expounds the coiling quality detection system whichincluding image acquisition, image processing and image feature information extraction ofstructure light. It also improved the image skeleton algorithm and transplanting to theLinux operating system, which makes the measurement system miniaturization and canalso get the result faster and more precise. The main works this paper does are as the list:(1) It researched the theories of structure light measurement technology and proposesa simple, easily archived structure of measurement system, and a model of linearstructure light measurement system.(2) It discussed the methods of camera calibration, calibrates the camera andcalculates its intrinsic matrix and distortion coefficient, then undistorted thecamera distort.(3) It studied the method of calculating the structure parameters of measurementsystem, and then calculates the parameters by using a simple but high precisionway.(4) It studied the image processing method, It focuses on the image thinning methods,and then achieves a simple, fast image thinning method suitable for thismeasurement system.(5) Testing the measurement system, getting the measured data, then analyzed thedata and finding what factors influence on measuring accuracy and then optimizethem. |
