Detection of the key parameters of parts with hole or holes is an important work in terms ofimproving the production process and product quality, which is particularly prominent in the designdevelopment and production of precision machinery and equipment. Although there are conventionaldetection methods for different parameter of hole parts, but those methods usually have somelimitations in the objects and indicators, and lot of inconvenience in practice. Therefore, the design ofa comprehensive on-line measurement method for variety of parameters of hole parts becomes verynecessary.Based on the analysis of the current status quo of hole parameters measurement techniques, thisthesis presents a on-line measurement platform of integrated parameters for hole parts. Measurementplatform integrates technologies such as laser, photoelectric sensor, gravity sensor, servo control offeed mechanism and data acquisition, established the measurement coordinate system on the basis ofthe reference laser beam, multifunction probe carried by the drive system positioned at differentsection of the tested hole parts for data acquisition, then obtain the parameters of the part beingmeasured through the fitting calculation of the PC software based on the collected data. Throughreplaceable measurements components, the platform have the versatility of the parts with hole orholes in a certain range of pore diameter.Thesis analyzes the detection principle of the measurement platform, and gives a overall designof the platform in hardware and software. Discussed the detail mechanical and transmission structuredesign ideas of each part and analyzed the measurement and control strategies of the platform.Expounded the design ideas of software, discussed the composition and implementation flow of eachfunction module. Discussed the mathematical model of measurements benchmark and fittingalgorithms for parameters of different parts. Analyzed the error sources of the platform and proposedeliminating and compensation methods.
