In this paper there is the perfection and improvement of self-designed sensorpackaging materials, light source, output, sensing range, connection mode, operatingvoltage, installation, size etc. At the meanwhile, the corresponding classical controltheory and application of fuzzy control theory are also applied in order to conductresearch and design for high stability, low cost, high precision intelligent correctionand deviation recognition systems based on the established automatic correctionsystem of transmission equipment control model under the sensor of built-inconditions.. The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:Firstly is based on the various problems appeared on the process of equipmentoperating implementing and perfecting under the condition of previous sensorresearch, as well as to further improve the performance of each of the sensorsegments.Secondly is to proceed system simulation with Simulink in the MATLABsoftware based on the established automatic correction system of transmissionequipment control model under the sensor of built-in conditions, and also optimizingthe system model depend on the simulation result.Thirdly is to complete the corresponding establishment based on the systemcontrol model, while also make designs for the intelligent controllers such as the fuzzyneural controller and the neural controller. Besides, also proceed the experimentalsimulation for the classical PID control and intelligent control with MATLABsoftware, in order to make direct comparisons for the controlling performance so as tofurther improve the intelligent controller.Fourthly is to conduct application research based on the above results, partlyreforming the existing equipment with the optimal combination, so as to achieve themaximum satisfaction of the automatic correction system. The Intelligent correctionsystem developed here is based on the microcontroller which has the advantages oflow cost, fast response speed, good effect as well as high control accuracy.
