Digital library has becomean essential measure of country’s information infrastructure. Though digital librarystarts later than western developed countries, it develops fast. Service quality ofdigital library determines the capacity for user’s information demands. Beginningwith the connotative meaning of digital library service, the writer analyzed servicequality gaps of digital library. Taking Nanchang University digital library for instance,causes of service quality gaps of digital library were studied out, so as to find ways toincrease digital library’s service quality.
