This thesis is based on a leading enterprise in digital libraryindustry——Super Star interest and its research mainly concerns on howto enhance the service quality in Super Star Digital Library under a situation of which the whole industry is in a low level.Firstly, the thesis narrates the personalization theory and certainimportant performance method——digital digging technology after anoverview of the relevant theories on service quality. This article mainly refers to several aspects as follows: 1. give an introduction of the conception and characteristics of digital library, and then make comparative analysis on its current construction between domestic and overseas; 2. analyze the current service quality in Super Star Digital Library, and draw a conclusion on its 5 negative factors , the fifth factor is the key point of this thesis; 3. get revelation from the research of service experience model, personalization and digital digging technology, and then improve the service quality of the library through the establishment of personalization model depending on the customers' interest; 4. construct a classification tree and then describe, filtrate, cluster, renew and decay the point weighing number of the general picture of customers to achieve the establishment and optimization in the customers' interest model. This model's primary function is to offer active services to customers.
