With the fast development of economy and deep reform of education ofour country, authorities concentrate on education more and more than everbefore. Education quality enhancement has been viewed as one of the keywork in education system. Examination paper evaluation, which was viewedas one of the important component in teaching process, is the key reflectionand evaluation methods for teaching equality. Traditional paper evaluationtechniques has been blamed for sophisticated operations and low efficiency.Because of the lack of a standard to indicate students’ real ability, mostteachers only evaluate the papers with their own experience and measure themwith simply "good" or "not good". It is necessary to build a professionalsoftware to accomplish the paper evaluating work because current evaluationtechniques have affect the authenticity and accuracy badly.This thesis introduce a examination paper evaluation system based onClassical Test Theory, as well as Item Response Theory and GeneralizabilityTheory. It can realize qualitative analysis on the base of quantitative analysis.The evaluation system is built by powerful Visual Studio2008IDE. C#language and SQL Server2005Database are chosen as the main developmenttools. In developing process, Waterfall Model in software engineering is usedto realize demand analysis, system design and implementation. The core of thesystem includes function modules of information management, score upload,knowledge distribution and score, title analysis, examination paper analysis,and so on, which can analysis the paper’s average score, wholedistance, variance, pass rate, excellent rate, difficulty, degree of differentiation,reliability, validity, etc. During the trial run, I view examination result ofcomputer basic knowledge of class41,grade2014of Department of Roadand Bridge Engineering in Guizhou Polytechnic college of Communicationsas a example, then verify its usability. The result shows that the system couldinspect the validity of the examination paper effectively. The system has greatpracticality, which could not only instruct students to its further learningdirection, provide precious feedback to teachers, but also help educationauthorities evaluate education and teaching method in more scientific ways,and make them collect and comprehend current situation, as well as providepolicy basis for decision makers.Finally, we conclude the main work and some inadequacy in this thesis,and prospect the further learning and working.
