The Design And Implementation Of Motor Vehicle Pre-registration System

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard and the flexibleenvironment for automobile consumption, vehicle quantity has been increasing quickly.Furthermore, the quantity of the process for kinds of vehicle-related business hasincreased. This situation causes the huge pressure to motor vehicle administration.Currently, with the increasing popularity of computer and information technology, thevehicle business management informatization is particularly important. According to therequirements for vehicle-related business applications, establishing and developing thevehicle registration management information system with reasonable structure, completefunction, and easy operation has important significance and application value for vehiclebusiness informatization construction in China.Firstly, the state of the art for the development of the pre-registration system formotor vehicle is analyzed. The system demand is evaluated by the real-world requirementsfor motor vehicle related application business in the vehicle management in Cangzhou.Thereafter, five business registration functions, i.e., register/logout/transfer registration,motor vehicle certificates application, changing the registration, the application for therecord, mortgage registration, the pledge for the record, and receiving the school bus signare presented. These functions are modeled by utilizing Unified Modeling Language(UML). The corresponding user use case diagram and the system class diagram arepresented.Secondly, based on the analysis of the demand for the pre-registration system formotor vehicle, systematic design discipline is identified. Furthermore, the architecture forsystem function and system database is designed. Four database tables for the system areestablished by detailed design of the database configuration module, the login module, thebusiness registration module, the querying and modifying module.Thirdly, C/S architecture is adapted. SQL Server2005is utilized as databasemanagement system. Delphi7.0is utilized as the development tool for the system. ADOdata access control is used to implement the operation of the data input/output. The systemmakes the following functions come true: database connection, system login, and theapplication for the five businesses. By the idea of traverse control, this paper designsdynamic combination query and the report list based on Excel. Furthermore, the read forthe information from of the second generation ID card information of business userscomes true.Finally, the system has deployed and applied in the vehicle management in Cangzhou,the test results shows that the functions run safely.
