The Design And Realization Of Motor Vehicle Pre-registration System

With the rapid development of transportation in China, the number of vehicles and driversgets more and more while the kinds of motor vehicle business are also increased. With thepopularity of IT and computer technology, the management informatization of motorvehicle business is especially important. Combined with the current needs of the motorvehicle business, the establishment and development of the motor vehicle preliminaryregistration-management system, which has the features of reasonable structure, completefunction, convenient operation, has important significance and application value ininformatization of the motor vehicle business in China.This paper analyzes the development background of this system and the present researchstatus at home and abroad. According to the actual business requirements, the data model isdescribed with UML. On the basis of demand analysis of this system, the system structure,the database system, etc. are designed in details. Finally the motor vehicle preliminaryregistration-management system is achieved, which includes the motor vehicle registration,transfer registration/transfer application, modification registration/filing application,motor vehicle license application, the registration of mortgage and pledge, the applicationbusiness of the school bus plates,and other business modules. This system is achieved inthe business of data access operations by using the C/S structural system, using SQL Server2005as the database management system, using front applications of Delphi writingsystem and using ADO data access components. In the phase of the system design andimplementation, the check-box data storage and the dynamic combination query areachieved on the base of thoughts of the traverse components. While on the base of theExcel business report design, the reading of the business users’2nd-generation ID cards iscompleted.The research of this paper improves the efficiency of the motor vehicle preliminaryregistration business while standardizes the users’ business information and eliminates thephenomenon of using false certificates for business. This system is operated in CangzhouDMV with excellent functions.
