| In recent years,the rapid development of computer technology,the Internet has infiltrated all walks of life,the traditional industry in the Internet mode opened a new chapter.As an indispensable infrastructure for social life,the hospital serves a large number of people every day.However,the current registered business processes are complicated.The information between patients,doctors and hospitals is not equal,which has seriously affected the patients’ experiences of seeking medical treatment and hospital medical services In addition,most of the registration systems used by most hospitals now use C/S architecture.Based on this model,the system can only be used inside the hospital,and patients can not be involved.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a registration platform that serves both patients,doctors and hospital operators to streamline the flow of patients and shorten the distance between patients,doctors and medical staff.By analyzing all the existing problems of the registration system in large and medium-sized hospitals at present,this paper proposes a B/S-based medical registration operation support platform that integrates the functions of patients,doctors and hospital operators around the registration process Inside.Provide patients with online appointment registration,automatic appointment registration,remote consultation and other services,to maximize the convenience of patients registered;for the doctor to be outpatient information query,diagnosis and prescription fill to help doctors understand the patient in advance;for Hospital operators provide registration form management,blacklist management,stop management and other services,operators in the crackdown traffickers act,handling massive medical records and information provided support.The paper first introduced the research background and development status of the medical registration system,and pointed out the existing problems and deficiencies in the current registration system,as well as the purpose and significance of the research and improvement of the registration system,and then introduced the relevant requirements in the system implementation process.technology.Then from the actual business needs of the medical registration system users,the needs analysis of the medical registration system operation support platform was carried out,and the system’s five major functional modules were ed.Then the system was designed according to the characteristics of high system concurrency and high availability.A solution to distributed clustering was proposed and the feasibility of the scheme was demonstrated.Then the overall architecture design,functional module design and interactive process design of the system were given.After the outline design,various functional modules of the system were detailed.Design and implementation,and related implementation details such as class diagrams and flowcharts.Finally,in order to ensure the stability and availability of the system,a full test of the system’s functionality was performed. |
