Currently, the environmental blowing agents which have cyclopentane andHFC-245fa are recommended using in the production of refrigerated container rigidpolyurethane foam. Cyclopentane is a flammable, explosive, volatile liquid hydrocarbon atroom temperature. For cyclopentane physicochemical properties and in order to eliminatethe non-environmental blowing agent and improving production efficiency and productionautomation management level, it is designed and practiced product line control system ofSINGAMAS Group QPLC container rigid polyurethane foam which applies moderncontrol theory.First of all, according to the refrigerated container factory layout make preliminarydesign scheme of system. By using cyclopentane which is new blowing agent of rigidpolyurethane foam to research control technology and design key points and controlrequirements of foam product line equipment.Secondly, in view of the comprehensive analysis on the system, the main hardwareconfigurations are sure. The hardware and software of the static premixed station which isthe core equipment are designed. The configuration software of the central monitoringsystem is designed to realize on-line monitoring. Using a variety of communicationmethods solve the complex problem of system communication.Thirdly, the most important of the core process of the rigid polyurethane foam is thatpolyether polyols, cyclopentane and HFC245-fa are mixed in proportion. PID controlmodel of based on three materials of variable frequency constant flow is builded. Themodel analysis is based on performance auto-tuning PID method of Siemens PLC.Exploring the optimal PID parameters of variable frequency constant flow get the bestcontrol effect.Finally, according to the commissioning of the control system and the data analysis ofthe refrigerated container ISO standard heat leakage test, the control system is stable andreliable. The data and the performance indicators meet the technical requirements. Thedesign of rigid polyurethane foam product line and the transformation of the control system with new blowing agents which are cyclopentane and HFC-245fa have certainreference significance.
