The wide breadth polyester mesh has become more and more important in modern industry. After been weaved, the fabric were need to go through heat-setting process for stabilize shape and improve the stress. The heat-setting equipment were used to stabilize fabric specially.The heat-setting computer control system is a advanced distributed SCADA system which involves temperature control, tension control, frequency speed control, serial communications, computer and touch terminal.SCADA is usually made up of distributed data acquisition equipments as well as Data process and visualization systems on which operator can operate field equipment, view the trend and record alarms.The control system of the heat-setting equipment is comprised of several parts described respectively as follows.1.The temperature control system. The AL808 meter which has the ability of automatically tune PID parameters of the system was very successful in tune the heat-setting system parameter. Because the temperature of the twelve meters wide bellows is not even, we use a card which model is PC-7484 collected field temperature signal .We controlled the end part temperature and get good effect in experiment.2.Speed adjustment system of AC motor. Using the transducer, We have get very good effect in four motor speed adjustment. There are several control methods can be selected in this series transducer. We selected the vector control method without speed sensor .The mount and maintain were easy and the precision is high. All transducers were connected by 485 net way !3.Synchronization of stretching is accomplished by synchronizing the speed of two stretching motor. This system employs a high speed counter unit to get the stretching dispacement error used as the feedback of the fellow motor.4.The tension control system employs FUZZY-PI control algorithm to gain good control effect.5. Supervisory control system which were developed from king View's vision 6 was successful in monitor and control task. On the supervisory operator can operate field instrument , and the PC can record the operation. A touch terminal was installed for field intuitionistic operation. The terminal is communication with PLC in real time. It can express the status of instrument.6. Because this equipment is new, the cost of finding out the process character is very high. I have develop a software based on history data to forecast the effect if the prospective parameter is given. This software uses neural-network.This computer control system has referenced foreign advanced technology .The automation degree and control precision has been greatly improved because using of high precision component and advanced control arithmetic.This project would contribute to our country's wide heat-setting equipment.
