The exam system has an important role, as a part of the management system forcolleges and universities,It is an important means for testing and measuring ofteachers’ teaching effect,also is is an important tool for evaluating the students’ studycondition. How to scientifically and effectively improve the examination is animportant problem in examination management for colleges and universities.Withthe help of computer-aided instruction,according to the test library which hasstored in the computer,through the corresponding parameters,generate the testpaper to alleviate the burden of teaching to improve teaching efficiency. In recentyears, many experts have done much research and develop many test systems at homeand abroad.There are still a lot of problems, such as difficult to expand, can’t becompatible with the other system, the reuse of the program can’t do better, and so on.According to the present examination condition of our school (higher vocationalcolleges),this paper proposes to design an exam system which based on WCF+C/S three layer architecture. The system is based on service-oriented architecture(SOA), Using structured design thought to realize System management, examineemanagement, exam management. To improve work efficiency and save manpowermaterial resources by reducing the trouble in testing arrangement,a loose couplingreusable test system is built, and then integrated to our college educationaladministration system,for integration of resources to realize more scientific modernmanagement.This paper first studies the implementation of Windows communicationfoundation (WCF) technology and its.net platform, and then according to therequirements of our college design, designs the system structure and hierarchicalstructure, as well as the detailed design of the test system to simulate the whole examprocess from student login、test and sumbit. In addition the paper does a detailedresearch and analysis in the current relatively popular Algorithm, by comparing theiradvantages and disadvantages, proposes a algorithm which based on the technology of segmentation and equilibrium probability in the incremental learing algorithm, andthen uses the mutation factor to change the learning probability in the incrementallearing algorithm. Combining two kinds of algorithm to improve the incrementallearing algorithm, make it applies not only to generate test paper, but also improve thework efficiency. Experimental results verify system functionality and performance ofthe algorithm whether or not to be able to meet the requirement of the system design.
