The Applications Of ZigBee Sensors Network In The Buildings Aseismic Detection System

Recent years, earthquake happened frequently all over the world. The seismic waves caused by the earthquake destroyed the buildings, resulting in casualties . So it is very important to detect the capability of the buildings against earthquake.We can realize the regional information through wireless sensor networks. The wireless sensor networks which send data through wireless transmission can also help us recognize the physical world. In china wireless sensor network is researched relatively early, and we have gained some research findings. Wireless sensor network technology has become a hot spot for domestic researchers recently.CC2430 RF chip which is based on IEEE802.15.4 technology is the core processor of wireless sensor network detecting system, and the wireless sensor network is built by sensor network node and coordinator node. The sensor network node which is consist of CC2430 chip and an acceleration sensor named MMA6260Q. The sensor network node can not only collect and storage data but also communicate with the coordinator. CC2430 chip is also used as the core of the coordinator node which can be used build the star network. The coordinator node can also transfer and storage data which is received from the sensor network node.This paper also studies the application of ZigBee wireless sensor networks working in buildings against earthquake system. We place the sensor node in the building model. The sensor node and the coordinator node construct the star network through the software programming. Then the star network monitor the vibration of the building’s Y directions. So the system can complete the detection of the vibration signals.The data are transmitted to PC computer through the the earthquake engineering mechanics.
