Cloud computing, which isaccording to the needs of the service is taken, is a new calculation model based on the Intenet,via the Intenet for personal and enterprise users. With cloud computing and mobile Internetand introduced electronic government affairs, at the same time, the cloud computing based onthe mobile electronic government affairs platform, can effectively solves the electronicgovernment affairs in traditional problems have met, then can fully meet the government’skinds of demand in the process of information.This article introduces the cloud computing and the characteristics of the mobileInternet and the existing structure on the ground that the information technology is highlydevelopment and the electronic government affairs getting more attention, so as to analyze theproject which applys cloud computing and mobile Internet to electronic government affairsbased on cloud computing in the mobile electronic government affairs platform needs andsolutions, at the same time designed and realized the computing mobile platform of electronicgovernment affairs based on cloud, the results of the application and popularization ofChinese government departments can speed up the pace of construction of e-government andwill certainly obtain good economic and social benefits.This paper first studied development situation of the electronic government affairs in thedomestic and foreign and the problems existed in the development process of our countryelectron government affairs, and puts forward basic ideas to solve those problems, thenresearched the existing cloud platform, mobile platform development of technology andmobile web development of technology.
