| Preparatory activities is an important part of the sports classroom teaching is an indispensable, good preparation can raise student "s attention, improve the interest of learning and practising, teaching basic parts make full preparation; preparation activities in the past PE regardless of the project, regardless of gender, were collected warm-up with traditional, unity of content and form, lack of interest and targeted, student interest is low, warm-up effect is poor, can not guarantee the normal teaching of basic parts.On the basis of the ordinary high school sports and health curriculum standard(experimental draft) ", Changsha Yali high school sports and health curriculum set up ball games, gymnastics, track and field project, the national folk sports project, the emerging sports project five series of motor skills and a healthy health education lecture series. This study in Changsha Yali middle school as an example, using literature, experimental method, expert interview method, expert investigation method, investigation method of the questionnaire method of "sports and health" curriculum special preparation activities to carry on the innovation. Construction including athletics, ball games, martial arts, taekwondo, gymnastics and other special preparation activities system, each module respectively merchandize contrast analysis of advantages of special preparation activities; and through the teaching experiment for a specialized preparation activities effect was verified.Research results show:1, special preparation activities with interest, novelty, competitive, students interested in a strong, more willing to participate in physical exercise.2, according to the creation of specific project preparation activities targeted, closely linked to the basic part of classroom teaching, make students better, faster learning contents.3, most of the students of the school "sports and health" curriculum special preparation of innovative activities, the result is satisfied, only a handful of students of the school specialized to innovation activities are not satisfied; teacher of special preparation activities of innovation brought about by the classroom effect of 66.7% of the teachers expressed satisfaction with the 33.3% of the teachers expressed general satisfaction, no not satisfied with the teachers, visible special preparation activities of the effect is good.4, in the students of the school specialized preparation activities is not satisfied with the investigation into the cause of the row in the first place is movement is too hard to, 36.0%; in the second, the third is the load is too large, not interested, both account for 25.6%, teachers improper organization and other factors of breakdown of the fourth, fifth and the proportion were 7.7% and 5.1%;5, the teacher of Yali high school "sports and health" curriculum specialized preparation sort cognition to the function of the innovation activities as follows: improve students special physical fitness, improve learning efficiency, improve students interest in sport, and is beneficial to physical and mental health of students of various development.According to the above results, this study puts forward the following suggestions and countermeasures:1, teachers and students together to strengthen the theoretical knowledge of learning, improve the understanding of specialized preparation activities. PE teachers compose and design preparation activities, continue to inspire students’ learning interest and enthusiasm for learning, and students establish good relationship between teachers and students, the common learning progress, make the teachers and the students in harmony, mutual cooperation to achieve the teaching goal.2, closely combined with the basic part of the teaching content, to further optimize the teaching content and teaching methods, improve the effectiveness and pertinence of specialized preparation activities. Teachers should combine the students’ practical and basic part of the teaching content, for creating preparatory activities, and strive to maximize the effectiveness of special preparation activities.3, the effective use of existing teaching equipment, strengthen the rationality of the organization of sports teachers.
