Preparation activities are physical education, sports training, athletic competition and self-training in an important and indispensable part. Therefore, this study the status of basketball training course in preparation activities were investigated, and provide some realistic basis for innovative research in basketball training course designed to prepare activities.In this study, literature, observation, interviews, questionnaires and experimental research methods, in order to carry out the status quo activities Basketball Course preparation for the study, in order to prepare activities Basketball Course innovative design for the main research contents. Recommendation: Basketball Special Teachers should design for different teaching hours to prepare different activities, such as for the technical, tactical, and other race-based class designed to prepare main teaching content appropriate activities that prepare the content and teaching activities between organically integrated, encourage students to more quickly and effectively into the learning state.
