A Research On Resident Satifaction Survey And Influence Factors Of The Public Sports Service In The Urban Area Of Xi’an

With the rapid development of China’s economy and improvement of living standard of residents, Public Sports Service has been widely concerned. In order to analyze the following issues that satisfaction of public sports service in Xi’an City, the satisfaction of fitness equipment safety and utilisation, the satisfaction of work efficiency and service attitude staffs served in the gym, the satisfaction of health knowledge propaganda and sports report and the satisfaction of free facilities and the opening of the time as well, etc. In this paper, we collected first-hand data for statistical processing. Adhering the principle of objective, the literature material, the questionnaire survey method, the logic analysis method, the interview method and the mathematical statistics method were mainly used. The rang of investigation includes six main central districts of Xi’an city. Learning public sports service satisfaction from all aspects, and the factors that affect urban residents in public sports service satisfaction, and investigated public sports service satisfaction based on the attitude and willingness of residents. The main conclusions are as follows:1.This paper mainly focused on the overall satisfaction of urban residents in Xi’an, public sports facilities and public sports service organizations, sports and public information services Investigation and analysis.Research has shown,The overall level of public sports service satisfaction tends to be lower middle in Xi’an city. The evaluation main consists of “normal”,and “unsatisfied” followed. Thus, the city public sports services need further development on the existing basis and improve, improving public sports facilities and satisfaction of residents are both needed.2. From the basic demographic characteristics, combined with one-way ANOVA, the difference to the residents satisfaction analysis, gender, region and income of the residents had no significant impact on public sports service satisfaction. However, the impact of the difference of academic degree was significant.3.Lower degree of satisfaction in the following areas:The satisfaction of the management of fitness facilities, The satisfaction of number of free gyms, The satisfaction of coverage of coaches and sports organisation, The satisfaction of the reasonability of service charges.4.The main factors affecting public sports service satisfaction were: Capital investment efficiency, facility use efficiency, the degree of government attention, sports fields and services, physical testing services and free public fields, quantity,etc.At present, the main problems of public sports service are obvious observed in the aspects of public sports facilities, public sports service management, information services.
