Study On The Satisfaction Of The Elderly To The Supply For Public Sports Service In Wuhan City

With the development of society,average life of human increase,then,aging problem becomes more and more prominent.In recent years,discussion of relevant issues concerning the elderly has been a hot spot all over the world.Furthermore in China,the elderly have caught more attention from many aspects.Based on the survey to satisfaction of supply for public sports service from the elderly in Wuhan city,Hubei Province,this thesis analyzes status when the elderly doing sports and pattern of public sports service,and clears trend of aging,then gives the relevant theory between aging problem and public sports service with several methods:Literature,field survey,interview and statistics.According to satisfaction of public sports service in the elderly and demographic variables including gender,age,education and occupation,etc.,pointing out problems to supply for public sports service,analyzing how to improve such satisfaction and optimizing the service,then putting forward relevant suggestions and measures.After research,five conclusions as below:(1)At this stage,sex ratio imbalance exists in the elderly participating in exercise.In age structure,the elderly is mostly between 60-70;in time frame,exercise always before or after breakfast and after dinner;in frequency,they keep more than three times a week and over 30mins every time;and in public,in community and park,on square,etc.the elderly can be found exercising,who are walking,jogging,Tai Chi,square dancing and so on.(2)In Wuhan,satisfaction of public sports service in the elderly is under average level.Six services are included.In accordance with average satisfaction survey,the first one is physique monitoring with grade of 2.89,then sports information with 2.85,sports guidance with 2.75,sports activities with 2.68,sports facilities with 2.59 and the last is sports organization with 2.58.obviously,the last two services are more lower than others.(3)There was no significant difference between male and female in terms of satisfaction with the supply of public sports service in Wuhan.In the mean value comparison,the satisfaction of male was lower than that of female.There was no significant difference in occupation.Compared with the average value,the satisfaction degree of educational,cultural and health workers was the lowest,followed by workers,managers,service personnel and individuals.There was no significant difference in age.The comparison of different dimensions among the same groups showed that the younger aged people were the most satisfied with the physical monitoring service,while the middle-aged and the elderly people were the most satisfied with the sports information service.There are significant differences in the level of education.(4)Factors affected the satisfaction of supply for public sports service are divided into subjective and objective.When gender,education,occupation belong to subjective factors,six services referred are objective factors.
