| In this paper, the writer uses high school male basketball players in Xi’an as research subject. Totally 77 players of 6 teams in Xi’an participated this screening. These teams have better athletic performance and they’re more representative. The paper makes scientific analysis of FMS results, using the methods of measurement, interviews, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and then finds out the shortcomings of the action mode of the players, avoids sports injury, extends sports life, helps coaches making training plans and instruct practice of training scientifically.Research indicates that the mean FMS score was 14.76 in this screening. The number of players who get the high marks is small. Most of the players score between 14-18.The highest mean value(2.56) is Stability Push Up action pattern while the lowest mean value(1.60) is Rotational Stability Push Up action pattern. There are sports injuries and some of the players have pains in screening. Some players have differences between left and right limb movement ability that exists risk of sports injury. The age and years of training have no linear relations with FMS marks and score of 7 action modes. Players’ BMI index and FMS score is negatively correlated and correlation coefficient is-0.277.Each team players’ FMS screening results have significant differences in 0.05 level(P = 0.015 <0.05). The first class athletes’ FMS mean value is 15.33, ordinary players’ FMS mean value is 14.75, second level players’ FMS mean value is 14.74.The main findingas of the research are as follows:1.FMS scores of Xi’an high school male basketball players totally perform normally, and there are serious insufficient in players’ Deep Squat and Rotational Stability movement patterns. Different movement patterns play different roles in basketball technology. The development of left and right sides’ body motor function in most subjects is balanced.2.The basketball teams of HanGuang middle school, TieYi middle school and Physical Training School of Shanxi takes better performance in functional patterns, while basketball team of Xi’an Sports School performs normally and basketball teams of GaoXin First Middle School and Affiliated middle school of Jiaotong University performs worse.3.Players aged 18 take stronger functional movement and their bodies’ mobility, stability, balance and flexibility are all better than other ages.4.FMS average score of players who have trained for 5 years is higher than any other training years. And FMS average score of players who have trained for 6 years is the lowest.5.FMS average scores of players in different sports level are closed. First class basketball players take better performance in movement patterns like Deep Squat,Active Scraight, Rotational Stability, while common basketball players take better performance in movement patterns like hurdle step In-line lunge,shoulder mobility and trunk stability push up..6.Generally, coachs are lack of deeply understand of body functional movement system. The combination of physical training and basketball technology is not so close and the training methods are too simple. |
