Purpose:To investigate the current situation of injury of young basketball players,discover the lack of physical sports ability,and explore the risk factors of basketball injury;Standardized functional motion test was conducted.After 16 weeks of followup investigation,sensitive indicators related to injury risk of adolescent basketball players were screened to verify the predictive value of functional motion screening in injury prediction of adolescent basketball players.Through ROC curve analysis,the injury risk threshold of young basketball players was established.Methods:a total of 120 based on the national characteristics of the campus basketball school youth basketball athlete as the research object,using questionnaire and functional activities screening for empirical research,using the method of documentary,experimental tests,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,select functional activities related to basketball in the screening of sensitive indicators,and training in gender,grade,age,position,The Ketole index and analyzed the differences in the history of injury such as factors,by ROC formulated the receiver-operating characteristic curve for youth basketball athlete’s injury risk threshold.Results:(1)The average score of four tests,such as straight lunge squat,active straight leg raising,trunk stability and rotation stability,was less than two points,and most athletes had problems such as poor core stability,weak lower limb strength and body asymmetry.(2)There is no significant difference in the functional motion screening scores of adolescent basketball players among different genders,different sports levels,different training years,different Ketole index levels and different court positions,but there is a significant difference in the index of injury history.Conclusions:(1)the youth basketball athletes functional movement sensitive index for screening:squats,hurdle step,linear lunges squat,shoulder flexibility,stability of the straight leg-raising,trunk,functional action screening can be used as one of the predictors of youth basketball athlete injury and found that athletes can limitations and imbalance of the body.(2)The injury risk threshold of functional action screening was different among different projects and different populations.The injury risk threshold of functional action screening for teenage basketball players was 13.When the test score was less than or equal to 13,the injury probability increased by 3 times.
