Functional Motion Screening(FMS)consists of seven test actions that require testers to achieve a state of balance of flexibility and stability. The action patterns used in the seven actions are all basic measurable actions that require the flexibility and stability of the tester.Although many people can complete various movements and demonstrate strong athletic ability, there are cases where they can not effectively complete the movements in the FMS.These people scored lower in the FMS because they performed their actions through compensatory methods. If compensatory actions continue for a long time, their non-standard movement patterns will be strengthened, the body will not develop evenly, and may cause harm.Functional motion screening(FMS)is used to screen and analyze the movement patterns and damage sites of martial arts athletes in Shanxi Province. It is very important to monitor the health status of martial arts athletes to prevent sports injuries. This paper takes the functional motion screening test and experimental intervention of martial arts athletes of Shanxi province as the research object. The experimental method is mainly used to screen 18 martial arts athletes with sports injuries below 15 minutes for functional movements, and 8 martial arts athletes with sports injuries greater than or equal to15 minutes. The 26 martial arts athletes are divided into experimental groups and control groups.,conduct experimental research,From the perspective of physical function training,we focus on the action posture, trunk pillar strength, action skills, action mode, functional strength and outbreak training, and soft regeneration training. We will carry out intervention training and write the test results. The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through functional movement screening(FMS)tests, the overall score of martial arts athletes was assessed as low,and the range of physical movement was limited, mainly damage to the waist and knee joints. The low score action mode is caused by the special training of long-term heavy load intensity. In the training, the target intervention training and regular monitoring should be formulated for the low score action mode.(2)After long-term high-load and high-intensity training,high-level martial arts athletes in Shanxi Province have experienced muscle tension and asymmetry on both sides of the body, which will increase their risk of injury.(3)The ROC curve area figure obtained by the seven functional movement screening tests of martial arts athletes in Shanxi Province is close to 0.9,and the ROC curve value ranges from 0.7 to 0.9,with a high accuracy rate. Therefore, the functional movement screening analysis of martial arts athletes in Shanxi Province has credibility.(4)By observing the quality of the seven tests and actions performed by the martial arts athletes in Shanxi Province,it was found that the body of martial arts athletes had problems in the course of sports. After that, the defects and compensation in the exercise of martial arts athletes were corrected by designing reasonable experimental corrective exercises.Reconstruct movement mode to reduce the risk of movement damage.
