With the deepening of social awareness of the value of the area activities and the higher requirements for the professional quality of teachers, people are more concerned about the teachers’ guidance behavior. The research shows that the appropriate guidance behavior of teachers have positive effect on the satisfaction of children’s games, the development of children’s knowledge and ability. Based on this background, this study takes the game state and game experience as the breakthrough point, combining the characteristics of children’s physical and mental development to explore the suitability of teachers’ guidance.This study selected a kindergarten in Chongqing city of three class as the object of observation, by collecting date under the guidance of teachers and the data encode collation, analysis、summarizes the suitability performance of teacher guidance, Then analyze and find the reasons for the problems of the teachers’ guidance in the area activities, and put forward the feasible suggestions to improve the teacher’s guidance is to help teachers to improve instruction level of its guidance.Through the theoretical analysis and practical investigation, it is found that the suitability of the teachers’ guidance in the area activities is mainly manifested in three aspects: firstly, teachers’ guidance is consistent with the state of children’s play; secondly, teachers’ guidance should not conflict with the children’s play experience, teachers’ guidance can meet the needs of children’s games; Thirdly, teachers’ guidance should be appropriate to the level of physical and mental development of children, in accordance with the ability level of children. In the area activities, it can effectively play the role of teacher guidance, promote the development of various aspects of children,if the teacher guidance can meet these three requirements. The practice of the observation also found that the teachers’ guidance is easy to interrupt the children’s activities, ignoring the children’s game experience, the teacher’s ability to guide the existence of the phenomenon.In this study, we put forward specific educational suggestions for the appropriate performance of teachers’ guidance and the problems existing in the reality: first of all, teachers should pay attention to children’s game state, making correct guiding decisions according to the specificperformance of children; secondly, teachers should correct understanding area corner, respect and meet the children’s game experience; thirdly, teachers should continue to accumulate experience, flexible, various problems encountered in tact to deal with children’s activities; finally, the teachers should improve its ability to observe, in order to provide the basis for the correct guidance.
