In recent years adolescent who run away from home has caused the wide attention of the society, most of the youth homeless wander, gradually become a number of youth urban homeless. Homeless youth problems in China is the most serious problem in 30 years. Because the victims are vulnerable groups and in the crucial stage of life development. With the development of physical and mental growth, personality psychological barriers can appear including accompanied depression,anxiety, stress lack,such as damage the family function of teenagers,the interests of the other family member and detrimental to social development and national prosperity Therefore it is urgent to solve the problem of street kids and let it return to the familyWhen the social workers to participate in service including exploring, discussing and solving the issues I found that teenagers running away from home are inseparable from family. This paper select case work as a major means of intervention, analyzing the characteristics of the homeless youth issues and causes through field observation and visit meeting city rescue site in Changchun, Homeless youth and a detailed understanding of environmental system. Social work carry out targeted social work support by combining with the professional social work concept and method in order to express the function that help one to help himself, to helping homeless youth return to family and does not rebound, which called a double-dip.
