The occurrence of domestic violence affects the family of harmonious development, but also brought bad influence to the social stability unity, if not effectively solve the problem of domestic violence, the construction of harmonious society will be stagnant, so the social from all walks of life must be put in enough attention to this kind of family issue.Standing in the aspect of social work to analyze the causes of domestic violence, take effective measures and methods to solve this kind of problem, make the family to realize the harmonious development, improve the affection between husband and wife, create a warm and harmonious family atmosphere, push forward the construction and development of a harmonious society.This study using the theory of social work empowerment energized and advantage perspective of basic theory, adopt the method of empirical investigation about changchun nanguan district characteristics, such as domestic violence problems on domestic violence \ "violence with violence\" aggressive behavior interventions. Research purpose lies in the design of the basis of social work intervention in domestic violence cases, the basic situation of the director to carry on the forecast, in the feasibility analysis of cases and combined intervention plan according to actual situation, help the director to get rid of family violence, and allow the director to the domestic violence has a new understanding, to help the director to establish a good outlook on life, values, make the correct view of others, the violent correct their behavior, the correct understanding of his mistakes and correct them.Taking family as the unit, the author of this paper has carried on the case involved in the service object, through community director with the staff to assist, gradually step in this family there is more than ten years of domestic violence, and achieved a certain intervention results. Evaluation results show that compared before and after the analysis of the social work intervention, found that the service object has apparent change. Finally, as a social worker, from the perspective of the practice of family violence and social work of professional point of view, the director and the target completion for the necessary reflection. Two director in the treatment of domestic violence on the cognition and action of change, significantly reduced the number of domestic violence, interventional effect is remarkable.
