At present,the domestic studies about the relationship between work and family preoccupy with conflict and stress.Studies about work-family enrichment and the studies explored antecedents of work-family enrichment is fewer.Besed on Greenhaus(2006)'s theory about work-family enrichment,we explored and analyzed the social support and personality in work-family enrichment process.The study contains two sub-studies.In study 1,Work-Family Enrichment Questionnaire was administrated for 658 teachers of middle school to test the construct of work-family raised by Greenhaus and to develop a tool for study.Reseachers in this study found that,work-family enrichment includes five dimensions of work-family capital,work-family development, family-work development,family-work affected and family-work efficiency.Work-Family Enrichment Questionnaire developed in the study,possess good reliability and validity.In study 2,a composite questionnaire was administrated for 382 teachers of middle school to analyze roles of social support and personality in work-family enrichment process model,by means of compare means,correlations and regression analysis,this study found that,(1) work-family enrichment had significant differences on the demographic variables,such as gender, age,graduate or not,technical post,education,marriage,children;(2) openness is an effective predictive index of work-family development;conscientiousness is an effective predictive indexes of family-work development and family-work affected,emotional stability-neuroticism is an effective predictive indexes of family-work efficiency;(3)family support is an effective predictive indexes of work-family enrichment;fellow support is an effective predictive indexes of family-work affected and family-work efficiency;(4) emotional stability-neuroticism have moderator effects in relations between work-family development and family support; agreeableness have moderator effects in relations between work-family capital and family support,as well as family-work affected and family-work efficiency and fellow support; extraversion have moderator effects in relations between family-work efficiency and fellow support;openness have moderator effects in relations between family-work efficiency and fellow support;conscientiousness have moderator effects in relations between family-work affected and fellow support. |
