In recent years the preschool education of Guizhou Province is developing rapidly and the number of kindergartens is dramatically increasing.However the preschool quality of whole province needs to improve.Since the teaching and research work is an effective way to improve the quality of preschool education and enhance teachers’ professionalism, understanding the status and the problem of the province’s nursery teaching and research work has practical significance to improve the quality of preschool education in Guizhou Province.The author adopts the literature method, questionnaire survey method, observation research method and so on to research about the present situation of kindergarten teaching and research work in Guizhou Province.Finding that in most parts of Guizhou Province the kindergarten teaching and research work is at an initial stage and gradually improving in exploration.Meanwhile, the author found many outstanding problems during the research work,such as there is the significant differences between the urban and rural areas,public and private kindergartens of teaching and research work in all aspects;teaching and research staff don’t have a clear understanding towards the kindergarten teaching and research work,etc.Through research and analysis the problems of the teaching and research work’s status,I would put forward the development strategy to the kindergarten teaching and research work in Guizhou Province, policy and practice through a combination of theory and research work of the kindergarten by the way of combining theory and practice.The investigation is divided into four parts:The first part is from the research background, put forward the research significance,the concept of kindergarten teaching and research work and related research summary;The second part is to understand the teaching and research work status through empirical investigation and data analysis,which concludes material security of the teaching and research work,the attitude of the teaching and research staff to the teaching and research work and the implementation of the situation of kindergarten teaching and research work and so on.The third part through observation and interviews and other methods, summarized teaching and research work problems of kindergarten in Guizhou Province,and makes cause analysis.In the fourth part, the paper puts forward the development countermeasures of kindergarten teaching and research work in Guizhou Province by the way of combining theory with practice.
