The Research Of Current Situation And Strategiesof City Kindergarten Health Care In Jiangxi Province

Kindergarten takes on the double takes of child care and education, which are the indivisible whole. For a long time, many kindergartens’ educational work develop faster, while the work of child care is relative lagged. By the formal implement of nursery and kindergarten health care management approach in 2010,and with the new situation of all works of life paying more attention to the health care job, the educators should do a good job about the kindergarten health care really put it into effect, which is also a urgent problem to be considered and solved for preschool education workers.This research adopts documentary method, questionnaire survey method, interviewing method, case analysis approach etc, to survey the current situation of the city kindergarten health care in Jiangxi province, including the situation on the equipment of health care personnel and health care room, health care management, health care education instruction and health care information management. Then this research analyzes the exited problems and its reasons to provide some suggestions.This research found that there exists some problems in the city kindergarten health care in Jiangxi province:(1)the insufficient of health care workers’ equipment;(2)the need to strengthen the health care management;(3)health care guidance is not in place;(4)the health care information management is not effective. Aiming at these existed problems, this research puts forward some suggestions from internal and external actors to further improve health care quality, as follows. The outside management of kindergarten:(1)build the effective health care management agencies;(2)the combination of supervising the examination and guiding the classification;(3)build the mechanism of pairing support;(4)develop the work of the point to area. The inside management of kindergarten:(1)establish the effective health care organization;(2)strengthen the power of management on children’ life;(3)value the prevention and management of children’ common diseases;(4)enhance the level of health care information management.
