Senior three students in high schoollearn so tedious that students learning Burnout, resulting in decreased academic performance, the study by promoting students ’ sense of accomplishment and stimulate students ’ learning interest and motivation to improve students ’ academic performance. First through on 500 senior three students of first senior middle school of Shangqiu city for questionnaire survey, found "completed target", and "completed has challenging of task", behavior and process is three students achievements sense of main get way; then to two classes for experiment object, through let students making and completed learning plans, and teachers layout has challenging of learning task, experiment, makes students in learning in the produced achievements sense. That sense of achievement and students ’ academic performance was positively correlated. Research showed that:(1) Two exams students of biology and brings a sense of achievement to complete a planned number of correlation coefficient was 0.830, and brings a sense of achievement to complete a number of topics of the correlation coefficient is 0.780. The third exam coefficient associated with the planned completion of the entrance exam twice higher than the correlation coefficient completed number of questions, shows that although the biology students and plan number and complete the number of questions has a lot to do, but it does not complete the number of questions number of students completed more than planned bio-high scores.(2)First times joint test will class and control class for independent sample analysis, p value(double side) =0.637,P>0.05; second times joint test will class and control class for independent sample analysis, p value(double side) =0.048,0.01<P<0.05; third times joint test will class and control class for independent sample analysis, p value(double side) =0.018,0.01<P<0.05; experiment Hou class and control class of biological results has significantly sex differences.(3)The entrance exams for the first time experimental average score of 64.7, control classes combined average score of 63.85, the students of 0.85 points higher than the control group; the second exam classes averaged 58.57, class average of 56.22, class higher than the class of 2.35 points. Exams class average of 52.70 third, control group’s average score of 47.10 class 5.60 points higher than the control group. Exam classes for the first time pass rate of 67.51 implementation class overall passing rate of 64.78 implementation exam for the first time class pass rate of 2.73 per cent higher respectively compared with control class second class pass the test rate of 6.93 per cent higher respectively than that of control; the third exam class compared with the control class pass rate was 10.92. Experimental standard deviation of the entrance exam for the first time to 17.56, the standard deviation of the control class was 16.14; standard deviation of the second exam classes to 13.48, the standard deviation of the control class to 13.85; experimental standard deviation of the entrance exam for the third time of 10.07, the standard deviation of the control class to 13.86. Experimental standard deviation decreases, while the control group standard deviation decreases slowly. The overall results of experimental organisms are growing faster than the control group, and the growing gap between students in biology is small.(4)First times joint test class than control class good rate high out 6.25 estimated, second times joint test class than control class good rate high out 4.12 estimated, third times joint test class than control class good rate high out 0.48 estimated, class of good rate and no than control class good, and has declined of trend, but pass rate has than control class progress is big, and class of standard poor increasingly small. Description this experiment of biology in the middle of a student’s grades improve help larger effect on students with excellent academic results is not very big.
