As we all know, basic education is the foundation of our education system,however, primary education is the key of the basic education. Rural primary school teachers, especially under the age of 30, the quality of elementary school young teachers in this group to a large extent determines the quality of running a school and also affects the stability and development of the undertaking of national education, has a positive impact on improving the quality of rural education. Xi jinping, general secretary, during the speech between the teachers and students represents in Beijing Normal University on September 9 in the year of 2014 put forward“Four Haves”to teachers, mainly depend on teachers’ emotional education ability. Having high ability of emotional education, is the natural requirement of teachers’ profession and the inevitable requirement of modern school education and classroom teaching. However, with rapid urbanization, migrant children and left-behind children in rural still accept the traditional exam-oriented education as the guiding education, and teachers urgent emotional needs was ignored.Therefore, it raises certain hysteresis phenomenon of school emotional education.So, i think teachers must be from merely imparting knowledge to guiding students’ personality development.Teachers need to have abilities of understand the status of the students emotion,observe the students’ emotional needs and guide students’ emotional development. In this article, the teacher emotion ability mainly includes the teachers’ emotion understanding ability, emotional communication ability and emotional management ability.This article mainly divided into four parts. The first part mainly includes the reasons of the selected topic, literature review, the core concept definition, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods and the theoretical analysis.The second part mainly introduces the present situation of rural elementary school young teachers’ ability of emotional education, and analyze the corresponding problems exist in present situation.The third part mainly elaborated the influencing factors in view of existing problem, including rural elementary school young teachers themselves and the school environment factors.The fourth part mainly represent the corresponding countermeasures from the countryside elementary school young teachers themselves and the school environment.
