Adolescents(girls from 12 to 21 years old, boys from 13 to 22 years old) develop rapidly, including physical and mental health. During this turning and critical period, high school students are not stable in developing their world outlook, life outlook and value outlook.In addition, academic pressure is heavy, volatility and ideological rebellion are particularly prominent. Therefore, the parent-child conflict is more obvious,whichdestroys harmonious family and even stable social order. In this paper, with the "self-reliance" concept of social work and the method of social work case, family therapy model and strength perspective are used to interveneparent-child conflict on the bases of physical and mental development characteristics of contemporary high school students. After this, countermeasures and suggestions of improving the poor parent-child relationship are put forward in order to improve the way of communication between parents and children,maintain the stability of the family parent-child relationshipand promote harmonious family and society.
