A Research On The Causes And Educational Guidance Strategies Of Problem Undergraduates Of Shanxi Universities

Problem undergraduates emerged under the given social background, in the process of socialization process, due to the outside world and its the influence of various factors, bizarre, falling behind, lack of moral and psychological disease needs to be concerted corrective special groups. The study of this group, for the healthy development of the society, school and family has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, on the basis of domestic and foreign research, in-depth empirical investigation, Shanxi from two universities through the interview method, questionnaire survey and interview method to obtain first-hand data, including psychological disorder, social frustration, moral deletion, behavioral biases, and poor academy. Moreover, the author subdivides category study of various types. The second, in the research process, the paper summarizes social factors, school factors, family factors and individual factors that impact problem undergraduates. The last, it is necessary to remedy and conduct corresponding guidance on problem undergraduates from society, schools families and individuals after finding out causes.:Social education should promote more example, purification public opinion; Schools should strengthen the supervision responsibility, vigorously carry out a variety of practical activities, more important is to strengthen teachers’own quality; Parents should pay attention to and the child’s emotional communication, taking reasons things out the type education, establish a "ray" relationship with children; Student individual also should undertake ego education, psychological counseling on a regular basis.
