Investigation And Study On The Curriculum Setting Of The Specialty Of Social Sports Guidance And Management In Colleges And Universities In Shanxi Province

The social sports instruction and management professional is a service,pertinent,comprehensive professional that is oriented toward social development,provides professional sports guidance for the society,improves the level of people's sports,accelerates the development of the sports industry,and promotes the improvement of people's health.It mainly trains comprehensive sports talents with outstanding professional sports skills and comprehensive sports theory knowledge.However,in recent years,the influence of the profession has gradually decreased,and the level of enrollment has fallen into the "red card profession" of educational experts.Whether it is the characteristics of the curriculum design of the major or the more reasonable development under the guidance of the "Outline of the National Fitness Program" is the research hot.This paper investigates and studies the curriculum setting and reform of social sports guidance and management in colleges and universities of Shanxi Province,reveals the problems existing in the curriculum setting of college social sports guidance majors in Shanxi Province,and puts forward reasonable suggestions to strengthen social sports in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.Guide the construction of specialties so as to improve the overall level of the disciplines of social sports guidance in Shanxi Province.Through the investigation and study of the curriculum setting of social sports instruction and management in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,the following conclusions have been drawn:(1)The social sports instruction and management major is similar to the physical education major in terms of training objectives,curriculum settings,etc.The superiority of the profession is not prominent in the entire sports subject area.In order to improve the superiority of the profession,it should actively make Adjustments and improvements.(2)Social sports instruction and management majors of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province In terms of curriculum structure: the proportion of public courses and basic courses is relatively large,while the proportion of elective courses and practical courses is relatively small;the structure of curriculum is not scientific and lacks overall Effective allocation can not stimulate students' interest in learning and reduce the vitality of the discipline level.(3)In terms of training objectives of social sports instruction and management in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,the training objectives have not been reformed.The relevant policies have been introduced in the country and the relevant policies in Shanxi Province have not been actively improved to improve the training objectives of universities,failing to reflect the characteristics of Shanxi..It is difficult to cultivate sports talents that are in line with the development of the new era and affect the employment level of students.(4)In terms of the construction of the teaching staff,the current level of teaching staff in the social sports instruction and management specialty in Shanxi Province is currently lagging behind.The phenomenon of cross-teaching among teachers of various disciplines is serious,and professional teaching talent is lacking.(5)Skill courses and humanities and social sciences courses are lacking in the course content of social sports instruction and management in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.It is difficult to reflect professional characteristics;the course content is updated at a slower pace,and sports frontier dynamic attention is not high enough.The social function is not obvious;the content of the featured course is not clear enough,and it cannot reflect the characteristics of Shanxi.It is difficult to cultivate the sports talents with Shanxi characteristics.(6)In surveying the employment situation of college graduates in social sports instruction and management in Shanxi Province,it can be seen that the employment level of the major students in recent years is relatively low,and the curriculum setting of the major has a great relationship with the employment level.Development does not match curriculum settings.
