The teachers’ informationization teaching ability of secondary vocational schoolshas a direct impact on the teaching quality of secondary vocational education. Inrecent years, the concerns of the reformation of national vocational education, changefrom the expansion of scale to the connotation of development. The teachers’informationization teaching ability of secondary vocational schools has become a hotissue of secondary vocational education. In the environment of informationtechnology, the development of the young teachers’ informationization teachingability of secondary vocational schools is the thing which is the most concerned aboutduring the construction process of the informationization education, from constructionof the software, construction of the hardware to construction of the health. Therefore,this research takes China’s vigorous development of vocational education as itsbackground, and Guangdong Province as an example, and research the developmentof the teachers’ informationization teaching ability of secondary vocational schools.This essay does systematical pectination of the researches of theinformationization teaching ability of home and abroad. The author, based on theresearch method of questionnaire investigation, collects the relevant data of teachersfrom12secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province through a questionnairesurvey, and use the SPSS17.0to do the data entry and processing. This essay analyzesthe current situation of teachers’ informationization teaching ability of the secondaryvocational schools in Guangdong Province, puts forward the countermeasures toimprove teachers’ informationization teaching ability from the following aspects, suchas create a good teaching environment, change the teachers’ concept, improveteachers’ quality and make full use of existing resources, and realize the integration ofinformation technology and curriculum deeply.This essay consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction. This chapter introduces the researchbackground, purpose, meaning and methods of research, definition of related conceptsand research at home and abroad. The second chapter is the theoretical basis. This chapter expounds the theoretical foundations of the development of teachers’informationization teaching ability of secondary vocational schools, and the definitionof ability structure. The third chapter is the research on present situation. This chapterfirst describes the design idea and process of "Questionnaire" on the teachers’informationization teaching ability of secondary vocational schools in GuangdongProvince, and through the statistical analysis of the data collected by questionnairesabout240teachers selected from12secondary vocational schools of fouradministrative regions in Guangdong Province, masters the basic situation ofdevelopment of their informationization teaching ability, analyses the problemexisting in the development process of teachers’ informationization teaching ability ofsecondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province. The fourth chapter is thedevelopment strategy. This chapter bases on present situation and existing problemsof the proposed that analyzed in the third chapter, and puts forward to the relevantmeasures and suggestions to improve the teachers’ informationization teaching ability. |
