Abstract/Summary:
Secondary vocational school bear the important responsibility of cultivating high-quality workers and advanced-skilled talents.As the main force of school teachers,Class teachers in secondary vocational schools play a vital role in school development and personnel training.In reality,some class teachers have achieved outstanding results,won several honors,and received recognition and attention from schools and all sectors of society;while some class teachers are faced with various problems,with little work effect,and even hurt the physical and mental development of students.Why do they engage in the same job,but the results are so different?How can we become an excellent class teacher in secondary vocational schools?The in-depth discussion of this issue is an indispensable condition and basis for identifying,selecting,cultivating and bringing up excellent class teachers in secondary vocational schools.It is also an effective way to optimize and enhance the team building of class teachers in secondary vocational schools.However,at present,the community has not yet reached an agreement on the traits of excellent class teachers in secondary vocational schools,and the requirements for the evaluation of excellent class teachers in secondary vocational schools have not yet been clearly defined,resulting in the lack of scientific basis for the guidance of excellent class teachers in secondary vocational schools.In view of the above confusion,the author focuses on the subj ect of excellent class teacher of Shanghai Secondary Vocational School,and positions the research perspective on group traits exploration.An empirical study is carried out around the following three issues:What are the common traits of the excellent class teacher group in Secondary Vocational School?What traits are necessary to become an excellent secondary vocational class teacher recognized by students?How to become an excellent secondary vocational class teacher and promote the professionalization of the class teacher group?" Therefore,the main content of this study includes the following three parts.First,the discussion on the common traits of excellent class teachers in secondary Vocational School.The study on the traits of excellent class teachers in Secondary Vocational School in Shanghai.The author takes thirteen excellent class teachers as the research obj ect,and conducts in-depth interviews and investigations on the traits of the quality and ability of this group.According to the post-quality iceberg model,the author uses the Nvivoll to analyze the interview text.Statistics and processing were carried out.In the end,the content elements of the excellent class teacher of Shanghai middle vocational school was established,and the iceberg model of the traits of excellent class teachers in Shanghai was constructed,including five parts of motivation traits and 26 specific content elementsSecondly,the discussion on the excellent class teacher in secondary schools recognized by students.The study of students’ demand for the traits of excellent class teachers of vocational school in Shanghai.The author selected the secondary vocational students of 12 classes in 6 schools in Shanghai as the research obj ect,and compiled the special elements of the excellent class teachers extracted from the previous research into specific items,and launched a questionnaire survey.Then,using the Kano analysis model of Attractive Quality theory,the quantitative statistics and processing of the questionnaire data were carried out to analyze whether the specific elements contained in the excellent class teacher traits of the secondary vocational school are also recognized by the students,and the students’ expectancy tendency on each trait element To understand the degree of influence of each element on the excellent class teacher recognized by the student through the satisfaction/dissatisfaction coefficient.In the end,it is concluded that the secondary vocational students are relatively recognized for the 26 traits extracted in the previous research.By means of the segmentation of the element importance sensitivity matrix,18 priority improvement elements and 5 key elements are obtainedThirdly,for the discussion of cultivating excellent class teachers and promoting the professionalization of class teachers.The countermeasures and suggestions for the excellent class teachers and work of Shanghai secondary vocational schools.Combining the qualitative analysis results of the excellent class teachers interview materials with the quantitative analysis results of the special factor demand survey of secondary vocational school students,Suggestions on how to become an excellent class teacher and how to better become an excellent class teacher recognized by the students and how to strengthen and optimize the construction of excellent class teacher team in Shanghai secondary vocational school are provided.For ordinary secondary vocational class teachers,priority should be given to filling the necessary elements and focusing on improving key elements.For excellent secondary vocational class teachers,they should focus on their respective types.The responsible class teachers should pay attention to the characteristics of the students and keep improving with the times to enhance their management and education ability.The excellent class teachers should pay attention to the systematic sustainable and coherence nature of education,while emphasizing the development of individuality while taking into account the requirements of talent cultivation;The intelligent class teachers should pay attention to the internal needs of students’ personal growth,and pay attention to the cultivation of talents in the process while emphasizing the results.For the government and vocational schools,the government should improve the implementation of the class teacher’s work policy;building an excellent class teacher training system;improving and optimizing the class teacher’s evaluation.The school should standardize the assessment of the class teacher in the school;upgrade the training and develop the school-based training of the class teacher.In summary,the author has tried the empirical research on the traits of excellent class teachers in secondary vocational schools with the help of relevant conditional resources.This study takes the content structure research of the traits of excellent class teacher in secondary vocational school as the main line.From the perspective of both teachers and students,it analyzes the specific components of the excellent class teacher of the secondary vocational school in Shanghai,and then puts forward the reference countermeasures and suggestions for the excellent class teacher of the secondary vocational schools.The study found that the excellent class teacher of the secondary vocational schools in Shanghai have common traits and contain multiple specific elements.These elements can be divided into different levels of demands,and the degree of influence on student satisfaction is different.In order to promote the professionalization of the class teacher team.On the one hand,it should start from the subj ect,relying on the self-improvement of the class teacher group,on the other hand,starting from the supply side of the construction and selection of the class teacher,and playing the protective role of the school and the government.
