Economists initially proposed "rational man" assumption that people are absolutely rational and pursue their own best interests when making decisions. But now, many scholars have found that people may pay more attention to fairness in the process of social interaction. Fairness designed to focus on the comparison between the self-interest and the interests of others, referring to people one way to deal with things sensible and impartial allocation of resources is fairness. when people making behavior decisions, they may sacrifice their own interests to pursuit the fairness.Unfair practices of people will be affected by personality traits, situation factors affecting, such as rights, bargaining potency, mood, competition, reference, social relations. If the social distance between people is closer, the more equitable distribution of the individual, such as the allocation of resources from friend is more than strangers and allocate resources more equitable; At the same time, social distance between individuals the more nearly, the more unfair behavior by human beings is unacceptable, such as, people have a stronger negative emotions of the violation of social rule by the friends than the violation of social rule by strangers; relative to, people are higher rejection rate unfair behavior by real people than the proponent form the computer.Group identity is also an important social relation and can reflect by social distance. If human beings have the same identity, the social distance is closer. Within in-group members, the social distance is closer than out-group members. As compared to out-group members, people are more willing to share the results with in-group members, sharing negative result. Empathy ability of the internal group was significantly higher than that of the out-group members. Group members within in-group have more cooperation behavior, mutual behavior, and human beings may easier to reach an agreement, pay more attention to fairness within in-group members. Individual expect mutual cooperation, reciprocity, equity which are facilitating the completion of group’s target in social interaction. Previous studies mainly focused on the fairness and community environment direct manifestation of fairness preference, such as acts of domestic equity group members weresignificantly more than out-group member. And our study to explore the other side of fair preferences that in-equity aversion. Violation of fair rules within the group members is threaten for individual group identity will strive to repair damaged group identity, and individual will show a strong preference within the community and outside groups disgust, to repair damaged group identity.Protection of individuals within the group showed a strong emotion and behavior within the group fled to reduce the negative mood and behavior, comply with group norms, to increase cooperation within the group, reciprocity, so that the in-group members tend to love their community; members of the performance of out-groups members may attacks more mood and behavior, in order to reflect the population within parts of the advantage, so cognitive restore balance. Thus, the present experiment study with respect to the behavior of out-group members, the internal behavior of group members have less of a sense of unfairness aversion, thus inequitable conduct internal acceptance of community members is significantly higher than the unfair behavior of out-group members. Briefly, the present study suggests that group identity will affect the response to unfair behavior unfair behavior higher in-group members of society from the close of acceptance. This study use standard ultimatum game Paradigm(UG) to explore the effect of group identity on the response of the unfair behavior. Experiment one experiment using two-factor within-subject experimental design, 2(proponent group identity: in-group, out-group) × 5(fair degree: extremely unfair, unfair, general unfair, slightly unfair, unfair); The dependent variable is the responses’ behavior(index: UG acceptance rate). To explore the field of domestic group members in reward and out-group members as a proponent of unfair practices, acceptance of respondents whether there are differences. In experiment one, the ultimatum game is that two human beings will distribute 10 Yuan. One is proposer, while the other one is responder. The proposer proposed the distribution plan, and responder has the right to accept or reject the distribution plan. If accepted, the funds allocated as the distribution plan, if reject, both of them do not get any money. Every eight subjects enter the lab at the same time. And they will be divided into two groups random, I Told them that each group have two responder and two proposers. Actually every one is responder. Subjects will know which group the proposers come from before shown the distribution. After reading the proposed plan, if you accept the plan, you need press "F" key, if you refuse, to press the "J" key. During the experiment we also measured the extent of group identification and level of trust the distribution plan come from the in-group or out-group members. The fairness of share the debt as important as share the reward. So the second experiment design to explore the effect of group identity on the response of the unfair behavior in the area ofdebt.Using standard paradigm UG, and adopting two-factor within-subject experimental. In second experiment the ultimatum task is that they will be distribute ten questionnaires, that each questionnaire spends about five minutes. The proposer has a distribution plan, and responder has the right to accept or reject it. If responder accept the distribution plan, the task allocation in accordance with the scheme; if responder reject the distribution plan, both of them need to complete the total task that every one have to completed 10 questionnaires. In the second experiment we also measured the satisfaction rating of the unfair behavior, explore the effect of satisfaction of distribution plan on the response of the unfair behavior in the area of debt. The results of the two experiments showed that in group atmosphere the more closes, the more accept and the higher degree of tolerance. And satisfaction mediated the effect of the degree of unfair on the response of the behavior.
