In the field of present fundamental education, the scale of the school is relatively large between urban and rural areas. They have different teachers ’resources and distributed education resources,especially between urban and rural primary schools.We must choose to inquiry into unioned teaching and research to make the primary school obtain development.Inquiry into unioned teaching and research between primary schools is formed based on school-based research and joint teaching on. It is teaching activities that been built by joint group of folk teaching and research.It is guided by voluntary principle. There isn’t too much administrative power interventionIt has changed that only a few teachers participate in the "elite" teaching and research and group teaching and research oriented to the whole and full participation.The gap in different development level of the teachers get appropriate help and improve, gradually reduce the teacher between, between schools, teaching force balanced development, gradually set up in favor of "reflective practice, cooperation and sharing, professional support" teaching and research system.This thesis is divided into seven parts:Part one: Introduction.
