Private higher vocational colleges in NanChang Jiangxi have their own size and characteristics, after years of development, every private higher vocational colleges in NanChang in its own development characteristics on the basis of the continuous expansion and extension. As private higher vocational colleges in NanChang to carry out the strategy of transformation from scale expansion to improve the quality, private higher vocational colleges teachers construction problem is particularly important in Nanchang, this research is mainly to study teachers’ incentive problems about non-governmental higher vocational colleges in NanChang.This study selected the six representative non-governmental higher vocational colleges in NanChang, the selection of part of six higher vocational colleges teacher to suevey by the psychological demand and motivation, respectively, were obtained by six cases of colleges teachers about psychological demand factors important degree and incentives lack of sorting, and according to the results of the survey analysis problems about incentive of six private higher vocational college teachers.Through the investigation this study conclud seven major problems that exist in the teachers’ incentive: fist is the health care, pension and other social security system is not sound; second is the teachers’ benefits, compensation needs to be improved; third is teachers’ scientific research incentive enough;fourth, teachers colleagues relationship is not harmonious; fifth is teachers’ title promotion is difficult; Sixth is less teachers’ self-improvement; Seventh is teachers lack the sense of responsibility and sense of belonging. Through the analysis of the above seven major problems, this study, based on the perspective of psychological need of Private higher vocational teachers’ incentive puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions in Nanchang: one is the possibility of improving incentive strategy and the overall mentality; The second is to implement the principle of incentives; Three is seven major problems that exist in the corresponding specific incentives offer seven incentive countermeasures and Suggestions.
