In recent years,various national policies have encouraged the development of secondary vocational education in China.Under this promotion,secondary vocational education has achieved rapid development.Due to the continuous development of China,the demand for professional and technical talents in the labor market is growing,but in fact,the concept of running a school on vocational technology is still very backward,and it is not well adapted to the multi-level talent needs of our society.The quality of running a school cannot adapt to changes in society.There are many problems exposed,but the most critical one is the backwardness of the incentive mechanism.The number of students in the school has continued to increase,the workload and job requirements of teachers have also increased.The number and treatment of teachers are still not higher than the original level,and the supporting teacher incentive policies are not yet fully in place.These all limit teachers and their enthusiasm for work.How to effectively motivate teachers to be solved urgently.To this end,we need to establish an effective teacher incentive mechanism to meet the needs of teachers,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of secondary vocational teachers,so that teachers have faith and pursuit,and feedback in the actual work.Based on the research of teacher incentive mechanism at home and abroad,this paper sorts out some theoretical statuses about the current intermediate teacher incentive mechanism,and finds that the scientific issues of the incentive concept,the rationality of the incentive model,and the fairness of performance appraisal are waiting for further research and perfect.In this regard,his paper combines the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,and analyzes the actual status of the incentive mechanism in Nanchang Z Vocational Middle School,which is mainly reflected in the aspects of salary,environment,power to participate in school management,and ability matching.Aiming at the problems existing in teacher incentives,some suggestions for perfecting the incentive mechanism for secondary vocational teachers are put forward.These suggestions include the change from concept,the improvement of evaluation methods and the effective use of evaluation feedback mechanism,how to improve the theoretical level of incentives and innovative methods of incentives,how to improve the development of teachers' self-space,the effective use of teachers' participation in incentives,and how to integrate educational resources.How to build a more scientific teacher evaluation mechanism.
