Newly qualified teachers are an essential part of teacher team. Vocational adaptation is a key stage for teachers to be qualified,which affects improvement of teachers, development of students,quality of primary school education and satisfaction of society,especially,problem of non-normal newly qualified teachers.In order to know the problems and influences of non-normal newly qualified primary school teachers at the stage of vocational adaption, the author adopted the way of questionnaire to investigate 52 non-normal teachers and 42 normal teachers from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guizhou and so on. In addition,5 new qualified teachers, 3 experienced teachers, 2 principals were interviewed. The results show that non-normal teachers have problems of teaching skills,inappropriate adjustments in vocational psychology,bad interpersonal relationships and poor abilities of adapting environment.The reasons are as follows:vocational education model is unreasonable;primary school lacks educational environment,including bureaucratic management,teaching research and so on;government pays less attention to motivation mechanism; newly qualified teachers is short of professional qualities,including poor professional knowledge, low professional competence.To take following measures to solve the problems: primary school should set up appropriate cultivation model;primary school should establish positive environment;government should establish incentive mechanism;newly qualified teachers should improve themselves. This paper aims at helping non-normal newly qualified primary school teachers at the stage of vocational adaption, to complete the role transformation, to adapt to vocational life,to meet the requirement,to achieve professional development. |
