The inductive education for newly qualified teachers was widely concerned from the second half of 20th Century. China considers that the inductive education for newly qualified teachers as the key factor in reforming of the education system. While generally speaking, the inductive education for newly qualified teachers of China is still at the beginning stage and it needs continuously perfecting the relevant system. Meanwhile, it also requires to find out the same point that worth learning from the experience of advanced inductive education countries and we can use it ourselves. Recently, a lot of material analyze and clarify the inductive education for newly qualified teachers from the micro aspect of social background and training mechanism The author searched and translated a lot of domestic and international relevant material .Combining some research data between Australia and China in current situation ,we can conclude the following points:First, the author comparatively studied the difference at the macroscopic level as the originals of inductive education between the two countries ,the development process of inductive education in the two countries ,and the earlier solutions of educational reform in Australia.Second, on the microcosm level, the author compare the difference between the two countries from the point that changing the quality of teacher individual :including the difference of teachers'sources, cultural environment, educational management system and the staff condition of the teachers between Australia and China;Finally, the inductive education for newly qualified teachers of China will be enlightened through analyzing the reason above for those relevant problems.Australia is one of the well-developed countries both in economy and education .Combining its current situation and the reform on the teacher education, the two countries have lots of similar problems and confusion. Regarding to the problems that is short of the resources of excellent teachers and disjointing between school knowledge and teaching practice for the newly teachers, Australia also experienced in the process of teacher educational reform. In addition to this, the professional criteria for the teacher education and the advanced training models of the inductive education for newly qualified teachers in Australia is worth learning, which is benefit for China to form an education system that is suitable for development of the newly qualified teachers. Meanwhile, in the modern time that worldwide economy and culture is great open .Australia has a closer relationship with China in education, which has a lot of meanings that we study the two countries education issues.
